The Cooking with Phil smoking classes were such a hit in 2019 that we are bringing it back for 2020 with new and exciting content. Join us for 4 Saturdays of 2 hour easy to follow, step-by-step, instructions. Each class will guide you through the entire smoking process. From thawing your meat, dry rubs, types of smokers, and everything in between. It is a casual atmosphere with tons of interaction and hands on experience. We are holding four classes: Ribs, Pork, Poultry, and Brisket. Sign up for each one individually or attend all four! Phil has won numerous smoking awards and is excited to share what he's learned along the way.
Not only will you receive excellent tips to take home with you, you'll also get to taste the Cooking with Phil meat of the week. Thats right, each class includes a Henn House Barbeque lunch. This a great opportunity for a date day with your spouse, Saturday morning with the guys, father/son bonding, or come by yourself and make new friends!
